Exporting a search

Hi all,

I am using Ecdysis and I was wondering how to export a table that I used the search to build a table. More specifically, I was using Dynamic Properties to enter in the name of our isotope sample trays. Unfortunately, you can't use exporting tools with Dynamic Properties (or Location_ID, which would also be useful). Is there a work around?

Hi @jastratford , thanks for your question! In the current code, the Exporter tool (https://biokic.github.io/symbiota-docs/coll_manager/download/exporter/) is your best option, though as you note, it doesn't have all the possible fields. Sneak peek that this is coming in an upcoming release, though! Symbiota/Symbiota#2100
