Rendering own effect bar renderers above the standard bar renderers has the negative impact that the have to shift on top of the whole staff. This causes a wide distance between the notation and the annotations.

It would be better if the effect bands are:

  1. Part of the normal bar renderers (how to assign the bands to the actually visible ones needs some design).
  2. Effect "bands" are shared with other glyphs and reused as soon a grouped glyph ends
