Add BiDi support (or raw HTML support)

Really like this program. You did a good job.
Sometimes I need to add <div dir=ltr></div> in the comments or even in the issue descriptions.
It would be nice if we get this feature (I might go and try to implement this on my free time)

p.s: I do rawdog the HTML tag in the source code section of comment/issue_desc on the browser.
