Combining Geometries? #3844

I am doing a research project where I am constructing a 3D model using cadquery and then transferring it to pymapdl as a .iges file.
The issue I have is that the created model has overlapping geometries, is there a way to combine the overlapping faces into a single part with pymapdl before FEA?

Check the command NUMMRG, it merges coincident entities
