WDP files support

Hello and thank you for this great project!

I have an issue with reading .wdp files (JPEGXR), with last .Net NuGet version. I just get the exception from this simple line MagickImageInfo minfo = new MagickImageInfo(fname);. Do I miss something, maybe need to add some library?

Reading .wdp (jpeg-xr) uses the JxrDecApp executable that you will need to add to your path. And you might also need to tweak the delegates.xml file for this depending on the platform where you try to read the file.

Where do I find this JxrDecApp.exe? Is this exe comes from this project - https://github.com/4creators/jxrlib?
