Provide docs on how to use HybridCache with Native AOT

Description

The documentation for the HybridCache should include a section on how to use it such that it is Native AOT compatible.

Today, I get errors from the DefaultJsonSerializerFactory.SystemDefaultJsonOptions

This looks like it would be possible with custom serialization?
