Can you provide a code example with the output and contract addresses you are using? |

Hi,
I am having an issue where if my wallet balance is 0 ETH, then the estimateGas() function will return the fallback gas limit rather than estimating the gas fee anyway.
When I do the same thing using MetaMask I see that the Gas Fee limit is still estimated despite the wallet having no funds.
Therefore my question is, is gas fee estimation dependant on having funds in your wallet?
Thanks in advance,
