Update the example app

Increase deployment target for iOS (needed for Flutter pod, at least when I tried to run it with Flutter 3.24 on an iOS simulator) and add support for Dart 3 (in the pubspec it says sdk: ...<3.0.0 although Dart 3 was released almost two years ago).
