Feature Request: Adding job runtimes to webhook logs

Cloudwatch query syntax does not support filtering logs or parsing human readable timestamps as of today according to CW official docs. It would be helpful if job runtime can be added to the workflow job logs so that it's possible to monitor CI run times in cloudwatch directly.
If approved I would love to open a PR for this feature. I believe this should be straightforward addition right about here
