modを二つ以上追加すると再生成時にワールドファイルが追加されない

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '/opt/minecraft/forge-1.20.1-47.3.0/mods'
2. 二つのMODを追加(物は問わない)
3. lolipop serverで再生成を行う
4. 'world'のファイルが追加されない

Expected behavior
スクリーンショットの画像の一番下に'world'のファイルが追加される
