I can log in successfully. I am an admin on my store and my credentials are good. I use CyberDuck every week.
Today I am unable to add csv files to my /dav/import folder. It says Unauthorized.
I can add files to other folders without issue. My /dav/import folder is specifically for BigCommerce product imports and I have used it in the past.
To troubleshoot, I updated my program to the newest software version and relaunched it. Nothing changed.
Instead of dragging the file, I tried clicking the upload file button and selected my file. The program immediately crashed. I submitted a crash report.
