Refresh tokens

I am not sure if real refresh tokens is something we should build into the gem, as it comes with security concerns, but it would be pretty cool to be able to have an endpoint that we pass one token, and it returns a new one. That way if you are using token expiry, then you can just refresh the token if needed.
