Stream encountered HTTP error: 403

To Reproduce
install kafka-pyhton-ng
use bearer token from twitter developer account
run the python codebase

Expected behavior
it should fetch the tweets with the entered # but it is not doing that

@tangorishi, I just faced a similar issue. Depending on the package, some endpoints are not available. Since you mentioned Kafka, you will need $45K a month for that 🍭
