BioTEA Log Files

BioTEA generates two kinds of log files. The first log file is saved in $HOME/.biotea/logs/, and contains information about what the bioTEA command line is doing (such as the launching of containers, updating or data retrieval). Another log file is generated alongside each analysis and contains information about what the container is doing.

"Data" log files (e.g. bioTEA_log_data.log) contain data snippets and other useful information, and are saved alongside regular logfiles.

Please include logfiles when you open an issue with bioTEA.
