This was a test of PyUp to see if it could be used as a dependency checker :) Seems like Python 3.4 and Python 2.7 is failing, which might actually be just fine since we should be dropping support for those anyways. We could release a new version that does not have support for those versions and let users download the older versions if they want support for older Python versions. |

This PR sets up pyup.io on this repo and updates all dependencies at once, in a single branch.
Subsequent pull requests will update one dependency at a time, each in their own branch. If you want to start with that right away, simply close this PR.
