This pull request replaces "Llama 3" with "Llama" in the documentation metadata and README files.

The version number was originally used to distinguish Llama 3.x examples from Llama 2.x examples. Since Llama 2.x has been deprecated and the examples are compatible with Llama 3.x and 4.x, the explicit mention of version 3 isn't required anymore.

This PR affects .NET, Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, and Python.
