Ok so here is a draft for what I think the new landing page of the manual should be like.

Reasoning:
If we want we can create a "history" page for the details of how disney and carnegie mellon helped in the creation of the project, but it should not be on the landing page.
The same goes for the details of how panda works. It does work, it is not a resource hog and everything else is a detail that comes way later when people have already chosen to use and support panda.
I am not sure how to add new sections to the sidebar right now, I think the installation and tutorial should be in a "getting started" section instead.
