How to install python correctly

Install 32 bit version of Python 3.9.7, here is a link: https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.9.7/python-3.9.7.exe
Check the checkbox saying "Add to Path", so that it is selected.

Optional (but generally recommended):

Select "Custom" installation.
Install for all users.
